Dr. Walker is a Board-Certified Emergency physician with over 20 years of experience caring for patients in a wide variety of settings including clinic, rural hospital, academic hospital, trauma center, government healthcare, free standing Emergency Departments, and micro hospitals. He has a passion for empowering healthcare providers with tools to improve their patient’s experience and their own satisfaction.

Anna Slayton FNP, RN

Anna Slayton, FNP-BC, began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2011. She has experience in a variety of settings from Medical-Surgical, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, Intermediate and Intensive Care and Emergency Department. She continued to advance her career by obtaining additional training and education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Slayton is also a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Cam Torres MD

Dr. Torres is a Board-Certified Emergency physician and a Certified Patient Experience Professional. He is the Director of Physician-Patient Experience at EMERUS Healthcare and a Key Opinion Leader with BioMerieux. Dr. Torres provides consulting services and curriculum training materials on Patient Experience at THSPTeX.com

Elizabeth Dodge

Elizabeth Dodge is a patient access supervisor at Texas Health Arlington Memorial with 34 years of experience helping patients register for various hospital procedures. Specializing in Emergency and Main admissions. Elizabeth uses that experience to help patients navigate the admission process including required consents, health directives and understanding their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.

Kathryn Hall PA-C

Kathryn Hall is a Certified Physician Assistant with nearly 10 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Orthopedic surgery. She received her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Midland, TX. Kathryn has a strong passion for patient education and disease prevention.

Feroza Thompson PA-C

Feroza Thompason has worked as a PA since 2008, mostly in the ER with some urgent care and family practice experience. Currently, she works in a teaching setting along with urgent care and enjoy passing her knowledge to the next generation of providers.
